Alex Hernandez is a 2010 graduate of UF’s BFA Acting program. Favorite roles include Macbeth in Macbeth, Chilli in In the Blood, Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire and Touchstone in As You Like It. In 2009, he was awarded the Hubbell Theatrical Scholarship for excellence and proficiency in theatre. Alex has been a highly active member of Signs of Life, UF’s premier hip hop theatre troupe and is an accomplished spoken word poet. Last year, he directed Martin Macdonagh’s The Pillowman.
